Planning permission granted for 2 houses in the Green Belt

Chorley Council have granted planning permission for 2 new homes in the Green Belt in Mawdesley.  Claire Wilkinson acted as agent for the application.

The approval follows a previous consent to convert agricultural buildings, granted under the Class Q permitted development right for the conversion to dwellings.  This was then used as fallback position to justify the demolition of the existing buildings and erection of new build homes.

The scheme was designed by LMP Architects.
